Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you take commissions or custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom pieces. You can find all the details regarding my process, pricing, and current availability on my Custom Art page. If you have a specific idea, feel free to reach out via my contact form.

    Is the artwork framed?
Unless specified in the product description, all original paintings and prints arrive unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your personal style and home decor.

Will my print look exactly like the image on my screen?
Please note that colors can vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. However, I ensure that all prints are color-matched as closely as possible to the original artwork.

  • How long will it take to get my order?
Original art and in-stock prints typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom commissions take 2-5 weeks to complete before shipping. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

    Do you ship internationally?
Sadly no, I am only able to ship within the US currently.

    How is the artwork packaged?
I take the utmost care in packaging. Small prints are shipped flat in rigid, bend-proof mailers. Large prints are rolled carefully in heavy-duty tubes, and original paintings are wrapped in glassine paper, bubble wrap, and boxed securely.

  • What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because of the delicate nature of original artwork and prints, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please take photos of both the damaged packaging and the art piece immediately. Email these photos along with your order number to meredithtan.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and I will happily arrange a replacement or refund for you.

  • How should I care for my new artwork?
To preserve the vibrant colors of your art, always hang it away from direct sunlight and high-humidity areas (like bathrooms). For framed pieces, use UV-protective glass if possible, and gently dust the frame with a dry, microfiber cloth when needed.
